Dare to Design Studio was created from a passion for bold ideas, creative expression, and visuals that make a lasting impression. Founded by Lauren Price, the studio combines graphic design and photography to create work that is both artistic and purposeful. With a focus on originality and thoughtful design, Dare to Design Studio brings ideas to life through visuals that help businesses and individuals stand out. Inspired by the belief to “Dare to Design,” Lauren approaches each project with the goal of creating work that is edgy, eye-catching, and different from the ordinary.

 

Based in Newberry, South Carolina, Lauren studied design at Piedmont Technical College and began building her creative career with a strong focus on visual storytelling and branding.

With over a year of professional design experience and a lifetime passion for creativity, she works with clients to develop designs that are both visually compelling and strategically effective. Dare to Design Studio offers a wide range of creative services including photography, graphic design, logos, branding, corporate identity, flyers, brochures, business cards, posters, signs, and more.

 

Before launching Dare to Design Studio, Lauren spent 18 years as a hairstylist—an experience that shaped her artistic eye and taught her the value of creativity, connection, and helping people feel confident in their vision. Taking the leap into design was a natural step toward adding even more art into her life and channeling her creativity into a new direction. While the career path may have changed, her philosophy has stayed the same: every client deserves personalized attention and a creative plan tailored specifically to their goals.

 

Outside of the studio, Lauren enjoys spending time with her two children, three dogs, and one cat. She finds inspiration in everyday life—from reading and music to sports, movies, art, and time spent outdoors. These experiences continue to influence her creativity and perspective, shaping the work she produces. At Dare to Design Studio, every project is an opportunity to collaborate, think differently, and help businesses grow through design that dares to be different.
